Rebel Capital Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tamarind Place Apartments, a 57-unit value-add project in Fayetteville, NC. The complex is mid-90’s construction and comprises 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town homes.
The $3.6 million acquisition was financed with a combination of investor equity and long-term Freddie Mac debt.

Value-add multifamily properties with 75+ units
Class B and C quality, improvable to Class B+ with light renovations
Rents 20%-30% below market
Under-performance due to absentee owner or inefficient property management
Opportunity to acquire below replacement cost
Transaction sizes between $4 million and $15 million
